Including our program in the school curriculum will directly influence the student’s performance. During exams they will manage their emotions in a wiser way and they will face the school year with a greater sense of responsibility. The duration of each class is one hour and 45 minutes. We suggest to offer this class weekly to the same group of students during the school year.
